They are on the lookout for an Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant who is looking to progress and complete their part 3 and join their team based in Nottingham.

Help assist on the delivery of mixed-use and student accommodation projects
Assist with planning applications and technical drawings
Work alongside other consultants and clients across all RIBA work stages
undertake site visits and design meetings to help ensure high quality compliance is achievedSkills and experience for the role of Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

Successfully completed your RIBA part 1 and Part 2 qualifications
Relevant post Part qualification experience as an architectural assistant
Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
Experience working on projects within the residential sector
Good drawing and design skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
