* Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.

* Keeping the kitchen and work areas clean and sanitised in accordance with health and safety standards.

* Operate and maintain dishwashers and pot-washing equipment.

* Following instructions from kitchen staff and management.
