Primary SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Local candidates only - applicants must live in Enfield. (Also considering applicants from Waltham Forest, Newham and Camden)
Pay: £90-£110 per day PAYE (no umbrella fees)

SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting Teaching Assistants with strong SEN experience to support primary schools across Enfield. These roles involve supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, particularly children with Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH and Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs).

We are looking for reliable and compassionate Teaching Assistants who are confident supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them stay engaged and regulated within the classroom.

Responsibilities

* Providing 1:1 SEN support
* Supporting small group learning interventions
* Helping pupils regulate behaviour and remain engaged in lessons
* Assisting teachers and working closely with SENCO teams
* Creating a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

* Strong SEN experience required
* Must live in Enfield or nearby areas
* Minimum 3 days availability for part-time or daily supply work
* Full-time roles available

DBS preferred for faster processing but can be arranged if required.
