Perform dynamic simulation modelling using IES-VE for Part L compliance, overheating, and operational energy analysis
Use PHPP to support Passivhaus projects
Produce high-quality technical reports, including energy performance and overheating assessments
Assist the sustainability team in delivering reports such as:
Energy statements
Circular economy assessments
Whole-life carbon reportingWhat We're Looking For:

Experience with building physics modelling tools (especially IES-VE and PHPP)
Knowledge of UK building regulations and sustainability frameworks
Strong analytical and communication skills
