What you'll be doing:

Based on-site in Bournemouth, you'll oversee a team of 5 Sales Coordinators and drive the hotel's proactive sales efforts across:

Group bookings
Corporate accounts
Weddings and private eventsThis is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll be networking, attending industry events, and meeting with clients to grow revenue streams and hit performance targets.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and motivating the sales team to exceed goals
Developing new business opportunities through outbound sales activity
Managing existing client relationships and identifying growth potential
Representing the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Working closely with other departments to align sales with operational delivery

What we're looking for:

A proven background as a Hotel Sales Manager or Director of Sales
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team
Confident in proactive sales and client engagement
Well-presented and commercially minded
Comfortable travelling regularly for business development and events
