🔍 Key Requirements:

Valid SSSTS certification (essential)

Strong experience supervising groundworks, civils or construction teams

Solid understanding of site safety protocols and RAMS

First Aid at Work certification (preferred)

Full UK driving licence and own transport ideal

Excellent communication and leadership skills
