Key Responsibilities

* Assess resident needs and develop support plans

* Provide guidance on budgeting, benefits, and daily living

* Carry out regular welfare checks and property visits

* Support tenants to manage rent and sustain tenancies

* Report repairs, maintenance, and health & safety issues

* Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns

* Promote wellbeing and independence

* Maintain accurate records, case notes, and risk assessments

* Liaise with external agencies and attend meetings

* Advocate on behalf of residents

Person Specification

* Experience working with vulnerable individuals

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Ability to work independently and manage a caseload

* Knowledge of housing and benefits

* Relevant qualification (desirable)
