About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and experienced Service Manager to oversee the care and support of seven individuals living independently in self-contained flats within a supported living environment in Tottenham. This role is essential in ensuring that the people we support live fulfilling, safe, and person-centred lives.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Coordinate day-to-day care and support for seven individuals, promoting independence and choice.

*

Implement and uphold supported living regulations in line with person-centred practices.

*

Provide effective support for people with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and other complex needs.

*

Identify and organise meaningful activities that improve the quality of life of those supported.

*

Plan, monitor, and follow up on health care needs, including liaison with GPs, hospitals, and other professionals.

*

Analyse incident reports, provide constructive feedback, and coach staff on improved approaches.

*

Lead by example and build positive relationships with the people we support and the wider staff team.

*

Maintain a strong understanding of CQC expectations and the Single Assessment Framework.

*

Ensure legal compliance with all current health and social care legislation in a supported living context.

*

Oversee health and safety processes, conduct risk assessments, and implement effective risk management strategies.

*

Apply working knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and embed this in day-to-day practice.

*

Supervise and manage a large team, including responsibility for appraisals, supervisions, performance management, and fostering high staff motivation and engagement.

About You:

Proven experience in managing supported living services.

*

In-depth understanding of care legislation, CQC frameworks, and safeguarding practices.

*

Strong background in supporting individuals with complex needs.

*

Skilled in team leadership, coaching, and performance development.

*

Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing needs.

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*

Proficient in health and safety processes within care settings.

*
