An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Energy Services Manager to lead BMS-focused energy optimisation initiatives across a diverse client portfolio.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients reduce energy consumption, enhance sustainability performance, and achieve measurable savings through smarter use of their Building Management Systems.

The Role:

Lead the delivery of energy optimisation projects centred around BMS and HVAC systems

Conduct detailed site surveys and develop energy-saving strategies

Build strong client relationships and deliver clear, data-driven reports and presentations

*

Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes

*

Identify opportunities to grow service offerings within existing client accounts

*

Champion innovation, renewable energy adoption, and carbon reduction initiatives

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in an energy management or BMS-related role

*

Technical knowledge of Trend, Tridium, or Schneider BMS systems

*

Strong communication and client management skills

*

Experience producing energy reports and optimisation proposals

*

Commercial awareness and the drive to identify new opportunities
