We have an incredibly busy but rewarding role with one of our most inspirational clients. They are seeking an Assistant Office Manager to come and support their team.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
Assisting the office manager
Financial administrative support such as raising invoices, stock checks and managing subscriptions
General admin duties
Helping monitor student welfare
Organising the first aid and training
Contacting emergency services as required
They need someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, advanced IT skills and always approach tasks with a ‘can do’ approach.
