As an experienced credit assessor, you will work within the Customer Assessment team. Together with the team of credit assessors, you will analyze financial files, carefully weigh risks, and make independent decisions regarding credit policy and applicable laws and regulations.

• Quality of the files in order;
• Quantity of files in order according to set standards;
• Deployment during peak periods.

It is logical that customer focus, collegiality, and teamwork are indispensable for this credit assessor position. In addition, it is important that you identify with the following:

• Higher professional education level or demonstrable higher professional work and thinking level.
• In possession of WFT Basic and Consumer Credit
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in credit underwriting within the consumer credit domain
• Strong analytical skills and risk awareness
• Experience with complex financial files
• Additionally, you are able to absorb changes quickly and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• You are available 36 hours per week
• It is a plus if you are available soon and can guarantee good availability during the summer holidays.
• Hybrid working: 1 mandatory office day per week;
