Head of Client Services

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000
Location: Flexible with some site travel

We're excited to be recruiting for a newly created role of Head of Client Services on behalf of a specialist skills and assessment organisation in growth mode. This is a senior position ideal for someone who thrives on building high-performing teams and delivering an exceptional partner experience.

You'll lead client relationships, a team of relationship managers and coordinators, and play a key role in embedding new ways of working as the organisation evolves.

Main Duties:

* Lead the client services function, focusing on provider relationships and customer experience.

* Manage and develop a growing team of coordinators and relationship managers.

* Drive service excellence, retention, and satisfaction across key accounts.

* Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.

* Contribute to strategy development during a period of sector reform and growth.

What You'll Need:

* Significant experience in a client-facing leadership role (EPA, AO, ITP, or FE preferred).

* Excellent communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

* Commercial awareness and the ability to respond to sector-wide changes.

Background in construction or education would be advantageous.
