We are looking for motivated Food Production/Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Tewkesbury. This is a fast-paced food manufacturing role working in a cold environment, with plenty of hours available and the opportunity for temp-to-perm progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in food production and packaging

Operating machinery and equipment safely

Maintaining high hygiene and safety standards

Carrying out warehouse duties such as picking and packing

Working efficiently in a cold environment

Requirements:

Ability to work in a cold environment

Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude

Experience in food manufacturing or warehouse roles is an advantage but not essential

Flexibility to work 45+ hours per week
