Your Role in the Team

As a Paraplanner, you’ll be the right-hand support to the advisory team — bringing insight, diligence, and structure to the planning process. Your work will help ensure clients receive advice that is not only suitable but exceptional.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth research into pensions, investments, and tax strategies
• Writing accurate, compliant suitability reports
• Helping craft bespoke financial planning solutions
• Engaging with providers and maintaining meticulous records
• Keeping pace with industry changes and regulatory updates

What You’ll Bring

• Solid paraplanning experience within a financial planning or IFA environment
• A good grasp of tax planning, investment solutions, and compliance frameworks
• Diploma Level 4 qualified (or working toward it)
• Detail-oriented, curious, and confident in your communication
