We are currently hiring for a professional, well presented Day Concierge to join the team on a modern and luxurious residential scheme based in NW London. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the mobilisation stages of a state of the art development, providing 5* service to residents on site.

Hours: 7am to 7pm - 4on 4off rota

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Duties:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all residents and visitors

• Provide a warm, professional welcome at all times

• Anticipate and respond proactively to resident needs

• Assist with general front-of-house duties including parcel management and key handling

• Monitor CCTV and access control systems

• Support with emergency procedures and ensure site safety protocols are followed

• Act as a strong ambassador for the development and managing agent

About You:

• Previous experience in concierge, reception, or front-of-house roles (residential or hospitality preferred)

• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

• Well-presented, reliable, and proactive

• Calm and decisive under pressure

• Familiar with CCTV, access control, and basic security procedures

• Knowledge of fire safety and first aid is advantageous

The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
