Our client, based in North West London, has an exciting opportunity for a motivated HR Administrator within their busy HR Department. This is a busy and varied role and you will be working within the team.

Key responsibilities of our HR Administratorwill include:

  • Complete full on-boarding process for all new starters for all companies and ensure everything is in place to start on their first day
  • Prepare daily absence report, manage absence
  • Preparing and posting job advertisements online, job boards and social media
  • Provide recruitment support to the group by posting job adverts internally and externally as well as sourcing and screening candidates, arranging interview logistics and psychometric testing
  • Conducting quick telephone interviews for potential candidates
  • Managing recruitment inbox, following up with candidates during the recruitment process, like shortlisting call-backs or rejection emails.
  • Resolving issues such as interview cancellations swiftly
  • Arrange eye care voucher and Amazon reward vouchers, prepare monthly report
  • Obtain references for new hires and provide references for previous employees
  • Maintain employee files by saving completed training certificates.
  • Conducting DBS and reference checks for new starters
  • Update and maintain the HR system, providing reports where required
  • Arrange training logistics and ensure training records are up-to-date
  • Work within the company procedure and get up to date with new legislation on employment law
  • Support HR Team with any other generalist HR Admin Task or occasional reception cover

What we’re looking for in our HR Administrator:

  • Some general experience in administration, HR or recruitment
  • Preferably CIPD level 3 qualified or working towards it
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skill
  • Ability to work within team and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to demonstrate attention to detail and high level of accuracy
