Senior CNC Miller
Location: Poole

We're looking for an experienced Senior CNC Miller to join a busy machining team in a hands-on role with real variety and responsibility.

This is a great opportunity for someone who knows their way around CNC milling, enjoys getting stuck in, and is happy supporting others on the shop floor when needed.

What you'll be doing:

• Setting, programming and operating CNC milling machines
• Working with multi-axis machines, including 4th and 5th axis
• Editing and managing programmes clearly and accurately
• Supporting the day-to-day flow of work to help keep production on track
• Using manual machines when required
• Helping solve machining issues and improve processes
• Supporting and guiding other team members
• Stepping in for the Team Leader when needed
• Keeping work to a high standard while following health and safety procedures

What we're looking for:

• Good experience in CNC milling
• Ability to set and programme machines confidently
• Experience with multi-axis machining
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• A practical, organised approach to work
• Someone reliable, proactive and happy to support the wider team
• Heidenhain experience would be an advantage
