Umbrella Engagement - Service Transition / Service Introduction Manager - 3 days on site in the North West

Successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge in all aspects of Service Transition / Introduction Lifecycle.

In addition - the successful candidate will need to have experience in the following;

Knowledge of Project Management Principles

General Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Technologies

In depth understanding of Service Management principles eg Change and Release management - ideally holding a recent ITIL accreditation

Outstanding Stakeholder Management skills

Highly likely to have worked as a Transition / Introduction Manager in medium / large sized fast paced organisations with multiple business units spread across multiple locations
