HR & Employee Engagement Advisor Egham/Staines Surrey Salary circa £31,000

A Technology company currently experiencing rapid growth are seeking to recruit an HR & Employee Engagement Advisor working as part of the HR team this is an HR generalist role to focus on employee engagement well being and the employee experience. driving and supporting initiatives to accomplish and improve the complete employee experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing the employe experince CIPD qualified to level 5 or equivalent or working towards. The Role:

*Develop implement and measure employee engagement plans and activities

*Work with HR and Marketing to develop and execute activities to increase employee engagement

*Own and manage existing employee benefits and wellbeing provisions whilst identifying new initiatives

*Conduct New Employee induction into the organisation and follow the experience through to probation completion

*To identify and develop the employees talents to their full potential

*Work with Line Managers managing the expectations of them and the teams development

*Advising the managers on Company policies and procedures and assisting with ER

*Will be adept at influencing others problem solving and offering pragmatic solutions

*Will have excellent attention to detail a good coordinator and ability to meet dead lines & excellent presentaion skills

*Must have Own transport Benefits: *A competitive salary
