A Supervisor is needed across various sites in the South and East of England. You'll be leading teams of 6 - 7 tradespeople, performing both hands-on and supervisory tasks.

Location: Great Yarmouth, London, Cambridge, Colchester
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Hours: 40-50/week
Overtime: 1.5x Saturdays / 2x Sundays
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity
• Working alongside your team as a hands-on supervisor when needed
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Making sure all work is completed to the right standards and on schedule
• Monitoring site safety and enforcing health & safety compliance

Requirements:

• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
• Gold CSCS card
• Digger ticket is preferred but not essential
• Previous experience leading small to medium teams
• Strong knowledge of H&S practices on site
