Production Operator - Night Shifts - Flitwick

Job Type: Full-time | Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £15.18 per hour
Shift Pattern: Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Location: Flitwick, Bedfordshire

About the Role:
Industrious Recruitment is currently hiring reliable and hardworking Production Operators for a leading manufacturing facility based in Flitwick. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term, stable night shift work with the potential for a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner

*

Conduct routine quality checks on products

*

Pack and prepare products for dispatch according to specifications

*

Maintain cleanliness and organisation on the production floor

*

Follow all company health & safety policies and procedures

*

Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues

Working Hours:

*

Night shift: Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM

*

12-hour shifts, 4 nights per week

*

Some overtime may be available

Candidate Requirements:

*

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided

*

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately

*

Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods

*

Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

*

Punctual and dependable
