ROLE: Service Advisor

LOCATION: Harlow

SALARY: 30k basic - 40k ote + benefits

HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 - 6.00, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9.00 - 1.00

Flame Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our client's main dealership.

Duties for the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor role:

* Responding to customer requests

* Booking in vehicles for service / repair

* Checking in vehicles

* Track vehicle through the workshop

* Handover the vehicle

* Achieve incremental sales

* Use technology effectively

* Manage your own performance

* Contribute to effective working

* Deal with customer complaints

* Contribute to improved service processes

YOU the successful Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :

* Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop

* Excellent customer service skills

* Full UK DL
