We're working with a forward-thinking residential care provider seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader to help shape a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic home for young people aged 7-17 with emotional and behavioural needs.

As Team Leader, you'll:

• Lead and supervise Residential Support Workers, setting the standard for exceptional childcare practice

• Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure high-quality, therapeutic care

• Create a structured and emotionally supportive home environment

• Support young people to attend appointments, family visits, and community activities

• Be a consistent, positive role model during pivotal moments in their lives

You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance with care standards while keeping the focus where it belongs - on the young people.

We're searching for someone who:

• Has experience in a children's residential care setting

• Has held supervisory or senior responsibilities

• Understands the complex needs of adolescents in care

• Is dynamic, resilient, and emotionally intelligent

• Holds a full UK driving licence

• Is 23+ (due to regulatory requirements)

• Has the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
