You will be managing a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing the preparation and review of accounts, and supporting junior members of the team. As a Business Services Manager, you will work closely with Partners and play a pivotal role in client relationships, workflow management, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of industries
  • Reviewing statutory accounts and corporate tax returns
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and deadlines
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting Partners with business development and practice growth
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience managing client relationships and staff
  • Comfortable using accounting software packages (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks)
