Your ROLE here...

Create a solid foundation by learning and implementing our proven sales systems/processes through our extensive, hands-on training. You will then be responsible for establishing a company presence through your personal sales and developing a referral-based network of clients in your given market. You will be the point-person for your clients, including yearly policy reviews for those clients starting in year two.

We will quickly promote you into a sales training and leadership role within the first couple months, once initial training period is over and the necessary skills have been developed. As a leader, you are expected to model our core values, lead by example, and contribute to all team meetings and calls. Maintaining and exhibiting a positive attitude is essential! You will continue to grow your own client base, while teaching others to do the same and will be compensated well for both. If qualified, you will be invited to represent our organization at corporate advanced sales-training and leadership conferences where you will be recognized for your hard work and achievements.


  • $50,000-$80,000+ first year income potential
