Position: Field Service Engineer

Job Description: As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our renewable energy projects, focusing on the maintenance, commissioning and repair of solar power systems. Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the seamless integration of solar technology.

Key Responsibilities:

* Start-up and commissioning of solar inverters in customer´s Photovoltaic Solar plant.

* Applicants will possess a wide range of skillset, of which commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, monitoring and repair of heavy electrical equipment's.

* Diagnose and repair of faulted inverters on field.

* Complete and turn in field reports that capture time and work completed on site.

* Proactively identify potential technical issues and suggest corrective actions.

* Provide diagnostic analysis, repair and/or preventative maintenance to customers.

* Responsible for physical installations such as connections , wiring, etc.

* Complete on-site system audits and evaluations.

Requirements:

* Degree level qualification with Electrical or Engineering discipline (Level 6)

* UK Driving Licence

* Ideally to have a Gold JIB Card or NVQ level 3/AM2 or equivalent approved electrician status required

Any experience within Renewable Energy/ESS/Battery Storage/Solar is preferred
