Your contribution will play a vital role in helping our students achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities:* Supporting pupils in both one-to-one and small group settings* Assisting with the planning and delivery of learning activities* Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion* Supporting personal care and mobility needs where required* Working collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and familiesThe Ideal Candidate:* Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)* Has experience working in an SEN or mainstream school setting* Demonstrates patience, empathy, and resilience* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Is committed to the safeguarding and well-being of all pupilsWho are Aspire People?
