Telecoms Team Manager Location: Maidstone Salary: £25,000 Per annum plus bonus (OTE £30-£31k) Hours: hours a week Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.
Due to an internal promotion Our Client is on the lookout for a Call Centre Team Manager to join their Telecoms department.

They offer comprehensive and advanced price comparison in the energy and telecoms sectors, helping a wide range of businesses offer successful switching whilst also helping consumers save money on their home services.
Your new role: As their Call Centre Team Manager you will coach, develop and manage a team of contact centre advisors who are responsible for price comparison and switching their customers telecoms providers.
What you could be doing:
•Line management of 5 Seniors who are each responsible for circa 10 advisors.

•Through the Senior Advisors, motivating and coaching inbound sales advisors to deliver sales and quality targets.

•Managing KPIs.

•Managing the delivery of weekly call coaching through the Senior Advisors and regularly observing these sessions to support the development of the Senior Advisors.

•Ensuring the Senior Advisors stay up to date with 1:1’s and team briefings.

•Completing the Senior Advisors yearly Personal Development Reviews (PDRs).

•Producing and analysing daily/weekly and monthly MI, drawing meaningful conclusions from the data and formulating plans/changes from the information gathered.

•Managing staff attendance.

•Investigating complaints that are reported against the call centre and delivering accurate documentation of the investigation outcome back to the quality team.
Why we want you: You will be a supportive leader that has ideally come from a call centre background (although this is not essential if you have strong management experience) and have experience motivating and coaching a team of salespeople.

•Confident in your decision-making process, remaining determined and resilient in difficult situations.
