Commercial Manager - Landscaping Services

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our clients' commercial operations and drive growth in the landscaping sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to manage quotations, tenders, and business development for a diverse range of property types.

The role will cover the South East area, with one a day a week in the head office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and manage quotations for planned maintenance, projects, and extra works.

* Oversee tender submissions for soft and hard landscaping services.

* Develop and implement pricing strategies and negotiate contracts.

* Identify and pursue new business development opportunities.

* Deliver professional presentations to clients and stakeholders.

* What We're Looking For:

* Degree or equivalent qualifications and industry experience (beneficial).

* Proven experience in negotiation, pricing strategies, and tendering.

* Highly literate and articulate, with strong presentation skills.

* Excellent organisational and communication abilities.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
