Production Operative - Manufacturing

Salary: £30-33.5K plus benefits
Hours: 39 hours per week, 07:30 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday, 07:30 - 12:30 Friday

Our client, a precision-driven manufacturing company, is looking for a Production Operative to join their team. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach are key.

Role Overview:

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality components, supporting assembly operations, completing documentation, and ensuring machines are operating safely and efficiently. You will also assist with other production areas as needed, contributing to a smooth and productive manufacturing process.

Shift Information:

This role may move to shift work in the future:

Earlies: 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 11:00am Friday
Lates: 2:30pm - 11:00pm Monday to Thursday, 11:00am - 4:00pm Friday

Skills & Experience Required:

Experience with precision engineering machinery, equipment, or tools.
Methodical, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
Basic PC skills and numerical literacy.
Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and health & safety.
Ability to demonstrate and uphold company values.
