Contract - Immediate Start

The Role:

Our client is looking for a Marketing Executive with events experience, looking to undertake a contract role, this position is fully office based.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Plan, coordinate and executive large scale events and exhibitions

* Producing content for brochures to be given out at exhibitions

* Oversee all logistical aspects including venue setup, equipment sourcing

* Liaise with internal teams, external vendors and contractors

* Supervise event set up

* Maintain and manage event materials, signage and display assets

Qualifications & Experience:

* Proven experience in setting up a large scale event or exhibition

* Strong organisation and project management experience

* Marketing background with content skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
