Your Role in the Impact Academy
We'll teach you how to find and support top education professionals, build strong candidate profiles, and work alongside our sales team to match schools with the right talent. You'll be set clear targets and rewarded as you grow.

After a successful first year, you'll take on your own sales responsibilities with full training in client development, safeguarding, negotiation, and more. Our approach is structured, supportive, and proven to work.
