Architect
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 (dependent on experience)

A RIBA-chartered, award-winning architecture practice based in Stratford-upon-Avon is looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join their growing team. With a strong reputation for high-quality, contextually responsive design, the studio delivers bespoke residential, cultural, and community projects from concept through to on-site completion.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Architect seeking to take on responsibility within a collaborative and design-focused practice. The role offers exposure to all stages of the architectural process and the chance to contribute meaningfully to the creative and technical direction of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop projects through all RIBA stages, from concept design to construction

Prepare and coordinate planning applications, technical drawings, and construction packages

Oversee design detailing and support delivery on site

Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality and consistency

Contribute to the studio's design reviews, team development, and practice culture

Requirements:

ARB-registered Architect

Sufficient experience post-Part 3 in a UK architectural practice

Strong design portfolio with experience in high-quality residential and/or community projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential

Solid knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policy

Confident, proactive approach with excellent communication and coordination skills
