We are seeking a talented individual with outstanding communication skills seeking their first step into a sales role or an experienced Telesales/ Account Manager. You will be joining a local office of a large, successful sales and distribution organisation.

This is a fabulous opportunity to join a small established team and make your mark as talent will not go unnoticed and fast progression is possible.

The Role will involve you:-
*working from a database of new and existing clients
*making outbound calls to sell their product
*maximising sales opportunities by up-selling additional products
*organising prospect meetings

You will be confident to throw yourself in to the role and develop your relationship and rapport with your clients by handling queries and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will have:-
*account management/ telesales experience ideally
*strong communication and negotiation skills
*an enthusiastic nature and confidence in your own ability
*worked to targets and be deadline driven

Key for the successful candidate is a positive attitude, good negotiation skills and able to flourish within a targeted environment. It goes without saying that you will also have the ability to build ongoing relationships and naturally build rapport. Possessing a friendly, persuasive personality you will be self-motivated and have the tenacity to succeed and create additional opportunities for the company.
