We are seeking a dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Fen Drayton, Cambridgeshire. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fostering a creative and inclusive learning environment for young children.
Day-to-day of the role: - Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and educational lessons that adhere to the KS1 curriculum.
- Assess and record students' progress, preparing reports and communicating with parents to support student development.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes positive learning and encourages students' social and emotional growth.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate activities and school events.
- Implement classroom management strategies to maintain a structured and disciplined environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching at the KS1 level.
- Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage children and encourage creative expression.
