We're partnering with a leading organisation to find a P2P Manager - a key hire in their Finance Operations team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on improving processes, leading high-performing teams, and making a real impact across purchasing and payments.

The role
Reporting to the Head of Finance Operations, you'll lead the Accounts Payable, Claims Finance, and Customer Refunds teams. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to streamline processes, drive automation, and deliver cost-effective outcomes.

You'll also take ownership of designing and rolling out a new procurement process - a great chance to influence both strategy and delivery.

What you'll be doing:

Leading the end-to-end P2P function, ensuring targets and service levels are met
Driving process improvement and automation across finance operations
Supporting payment activity and partnering with teams across the business
Developing a structured, efficient procurement process
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Building strong relationships with suppliers and external partnersProfile
