Vacancy: AI Technician - Contract

Responsibilities for the AI Technician role include:

• To assemble and integrate high-tech aerospace products, such as solar arrays for space missions.
• Follow work instructions and technical manuals precisely.
• Carry out verification and acceptance tests to check your work and ensure proper integration. You will also be responsible for the associated documentation.
• You will collaborate in developing solutions and assemble test objects for this purpose.
• You will develop and create the necessary integration tools and equipment.

For the AI Technician role you will need:

• Experience in assembly of precision mechanical components / working in industry.
• Preferably experience working in cleanroom environments.
• An interest in space technology.
• The ability to work accurately and follow procedures - essential in aerospace.
• A vocational (MBO+) education, preferably from Leidse Instrument makers School (LIS).
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel for work in the future (ranging from a few days to several weeks).
