Sales Administrator (Maternity Contract)

SALARY: Up to £18,000 per annum

Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator on a temporary basis for a period of up to 12 months covering maternity leave however, for the 'right' person there is a very strong possibility of a permanent contract being offered.

We are looking for a good administrator with strong communication and interpersonal skills, someone who is not afraid of hard work or someone who will shy away from the telephone. You must be able to work under pressure both independently and unsupervised, attention to detail is key as any mistakes when inputting orders could be costly!

Product training is provided, you must be IT literate with the ability to input onto Excel. Other duties include Sales Order Processing, handling of payments via the telephone, cross selling/upselling products and notifying clients of any discrepancies or shortages. This is a 'brilliant' opportunity for someone who is looking for a role within an expanding organisation, they are UK based and long established.

Core hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm with a flexible 1 hour for lunch. Free parking on site.

Start date for this role is 11th June 2018.
