Track progress and contribute to multi-agency support planning
Foster a classroom culture of belonging, consistency, and respect

Requirements:

A relevant degree (Psychology or Criminology preferred)
Experience with or a keen interest in SEN, Autism, or mental health support
Ability to commit to a full-time, term-time role in Kempston
A proactive attitude and genuine desire to support vulnerable learners
