Key Responsibilities:

Handling general enquiries and applicant registrations
Coordinating and conducting property viewings
Scheduling property valuations
Negotiating tenancy terms and agreements
Carrying out tenant referencing and Right to Rent checks
Preparing tenancy documentation
Assisting with property sales negotiations

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A target-driven mindset with a proactive attitude
Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Additional Information:
This position requires working on Saturdays, with a weekday off, alternate weeks
