Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas

Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time - Flexible Days

Salary: Paid to scale (M1-UPS3) or £130-£150 per day

Hours: School hours (typically 08:30-15:30)

We're seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teachers to join our supply team in Crawley and the surrounding areas. Each day brings a new classroom, new faces, and fresh opportunities to spark curiosity and confidence in young learners.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

Creating a positive, inclusive, and well‑structured learning environment

Adapting quickly to different schools, year groups, and routines

Supporting pupil progress and promoting positive behaviour

Working collaboratively with school staff and following school policies

What We're Looking For

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching in primary settings

Confident classroom management and strong curriculum knowledge

Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic approach

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons independently when required
