We are recruiting on behalf of a global health & wellness company for two fluent German-speaking Member Services Advisors to join their growing European customer support team. These are remote-based roles supporting members across the DACH region and wider European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and other channels

* Assist with member queries, order management, and account troubleshooting

* Maintain high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness

* Liaise with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues on behalf of customers and leaders

* Attend occasional training sessions, conventions, or team meetings (some travel required)

* Support the Member Services Team with additional tasks as needed

Your Profile:

* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

* Experience in a customer service or call centre role

* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset

* Comfortable learning new systems and working under pressure

* Team player with a proactive, positive attitude
