We are currently recruiting for a skilled MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Barnsley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable role with great hours, finishing early every day and working within a supportive team environment.

The RoleAs a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds on a range of metal components while ensuring all work meets required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• MIG welding mild steel components

• Working from engineering drawings and specifications

• Fabricating and assembling metal parts

• Inspecting welds to ensure quality and accuracy

• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment

• Supporting general fabrication duties where required

The Candidate

• Previous MIG welding experience within a manufacturing or fabrication environment

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work

• Reliable with a strong work ethic

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
