Location: Croydon, London
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: £89 - £100 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner)

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons

* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, including those with special educational needs (SEN)

* Support classroom management and promote positive behaviour

* Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources

* Supervise pupils during break times and school activities

* Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

* Experience working with children in a school or similar setting (essential)

* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for education

* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team

* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
