The Position

We are looking for a Senior Team Leader to support our operations team in As Watson Dunstable.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing, developing and supporting team of Junior Team Leaders (JTLs)
Assist with managing and motivating the workforce against set KPI's
Promote & lead a high level of Health & Safety expectations across the workforce
Communicate key information on business updates and changes
Produce accurate and timely reports, both internally and to the client
Deliver against clients requests for working hours through booking extra or cancelling hoursIdeal candidate

Excellent people management skills
Experienced in leading a team of direct reports
Problem solving and thinking quickly to resolve issues
Able to demonstrate experience in customer service
Puts the team at the heart of all they do
Attention to detail
Computer literate (MS Excel and Google Sheets)This is a 5 over 7 shift from 2pm to 10pm where flexibility is required.
