ROLE: Sales Controller
SALARY: £30,000 Basic + OTE £60,000
LOCATION: Hinckley

THE COMPANY:

Red Rock have partnered with a rapidly growing, independently owned used car supermarket, who are seeking a Sales Controller to join their busy Hinckley showroom.

Known for a large stock of fully inspected vehicles and strong customer footfall, this business provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales leader to thrive.

WORKING HOURS:

* 42.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)

DUTIES:

* Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed targets

* Support team members through deals, value-added products, and closing techniques

* Step in for site management when required

* Maintain compliance with financial documentation and FCA regulations

* Monitor deal performance and identify opportunities to grow revenue

* Create and maintain a positive, high-performance sales culture

THE CANDIDATE:

* Proven experience in used car sales, ideally within a high-volume or supermarket environment

* Experience managing or leading a sales team

* Hands-on leadership style with ability to lead by example

* Organised, motivated, and results-focused

* Professional, approachable, and confident with customers

* FCA accredited or willing to undertake training

* Full UK driving licence required
