Estates Officer - Housing Association (North Edinburgh)
📍 Location: North Edinburgh
📅 Duration: Minimum 8 weeks
💰 Pay: £17 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
🕒 Hours: Full-time

Are you someone who takes pride in keeping communities clean, safe, and well-managed? We're looking for a proactive and reliable Estates Officer to support a busy housing association based in North Edinburgh.

🔧 What you'll do:

Carry out regular estate inspections

*

Report and follow up on repairs, maintenance, and environmental issues

*

Liaise with contractors and tenants to ensure a high standard of estate management

*

Support tenancy management by reporting anti-social behaviour or breaches of tenancy

*

Maintain accurate records of inspections and actions taken

✅ What we're looking for:

*

Experience in housing, estates, or facilities management (preferred)

*

Good communication and problem-solving skills

*

A self-starter who can manage their time and workload effectively

*

Knowledge of health & safety and basic maintenance standards

*

Driving licence (desirable, but not essential)
