Following a period of rapid growth and strong deal flow, the firm is continuing to scale and is now looking to strengthen its restructuring and insolvency offering with a capable and ambitious hire.

You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes for clients across a broad range of formal insolvency processes while being supported in your professional development.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including but not limited to:

  • Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs)
  • Members' Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs)
  • Administrations

You'll work closely with experienced insolvency practitioners and have the opportunity to build client-facing skills while gaining exposure to increasingly complex assignments as you grow in the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing your own caseload of corporate insolvency matters from inception to closure
  • Preparing statutory reports and correspondence in line with regulatory requirements
  • Liaising with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders
  • Preparing investigations, asset realisations, and dividend payments
  • Supporting more senior team members on complex or high-profile assignments
  • Ensuring all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience handling corporate insolvency cases, ideally within a professional services or specialist insolvency firm
  • A good working knowledge of insolvency legislation and compliance requirements
  • A proactive and commercial mindset, with the ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality work
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders
  • Ambition to develop within a growing and supportive team environment
