About the Role
You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including but not limited to:
- Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs)
- Members' Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs)
- Administrations
You'll work closely with experienced insolvency practitioners and have the opportunity to build client-facing skills while gaining exposure to increasingly complex assignments as you grow in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload of corporate insolvency matters from inception to closure
- Preparing statutory reports and correspondence in line with regulatory requirements
- Liaising with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders
- Preparing investigations, asset realisations, and dividend payments
- Supporting more senior team members on complex or high-profile assignments
- Ensuring all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience handling corporate insolvency cases, ideally within a professional services or specialist insolvency firm
- A good working knowledge of insolvency legislation and compliance requirements
- A proactive and commercial mindset, with the ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality work
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders
- Ambition to develop within a growing and supportive team environment
