Senior Refrigeration Engineer Role Requirements

 F-GAS Qualifications complete with NVQ II, and NVQ III or higher would be advantageous.

 Experience in the commissioning, maintenance and servicing of Commercial & Industrial refrigeration equipment and Chillers using HFC / HFO and Natural refrigerants  A Full UK driving licence

 Be a confident communicator

 Possess excellent customer service skills

 Be enthusiastic and have good time management skills

The role of the senior Refrigeration/Chiller Service Engineer will be performing planned and reactive service, attending breakdowns, fault-finding and attending maintenance works on a variety of Chillers, Process Cooling Systems, Blast Freezers, Spiral Freezers & Walk In's. Managing Customers service & maintenance contract expectations. First point of contact for Business development with existing clients and communication with our management & Projects Team. Communication & Planning of materials and engineers' requirements with admin for follow up work requirements. Supporting the management of equipment RAG statuses to sites and feedback to Projects teams for opportunities (weekly review meetings)

Overtime - x1.5 weekdays and Saturdays x2 Sundays / Bank Holidays On Call - 1 in 7ish on call rota, £150 standby allowance + call outs at overtime rates x1.5 & x2

Vehicle - Sign Written Van, A vehicle provided by the company will also be available for domestic and private use.

IT Equipment - Laptop for reporting and communication. Samsung Android phone, complete with service / reporting operating package installed.
