As an LSA, you will work closely with teachers to provide targeted support to pupils who require additional assistance. Your role will involve fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, tailored to the individual needs of each student. You will play a vital role in helping pupils achieve their full potential and building their confidence in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing one-on-one and group support to pupils with varying learning needs.
Assisting in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) and interventions.
Collaborating with teachers to adapt and create learning resources.
Promoting social and emotional development among pupils.
Monitoring and recording pupil progress to inform future strategies.Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, ideally within a primary school setting.
Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one before starting).
Empathetic and patient approach to supporting pupils.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable commute to Islington.
